Reminders is the second section displayed in the Dashboard, which allows you to view and complete reminders. To set up a reminder, please refer to Add a Comment or Reminder for a specific Payee within the Master File.
The Reminder Text Colour is based on the Date & Time.
- Black is used when the Reminder is either in the future OR marked as Done.
- Orange is used when the Reminder is due today and
- Red is used when the Reminder is overdue.
Current allows you to view the Current Reminders ONLY.
Completed allows you to view the Reminders that have been marked as completed but not removed.
All allows you to view all Current and Completed Reminders.
Done allows you to select if the Reminder has been completed.
Payee details the Payee the Reminder has been set up for.
Date & Time details the Date and Time used for the Reminder.
Description details the information entered in Comments.
Remove allows you to remove the Reminder, which is only available for selection once Done has been selected.
Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Reminders you want to be displayed per page.
Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Reminders.
