Add the Salary Sacrifice (to Super Fund, OTE) Pay Type to the Payees Pay Template

🎯 Edit is unavailable if the Payee is included in an unposted Pay Run. To edit the Payee, the Payee must either be removed from the Pay Run or the Pay Run must be posted/reported to the ATO.
Select Payees
Locate the Payee you require by manually scrolling through the Payee List, entering the name into Search or using Show Advanced Filters.
Once the Payee has been located, select Actions > Edit.
Select Employment and Payment.
Navigate to Pay Template.
Locate and select the Salary Sacrifice (to Super Fund, OTE) Pay Type in the drop-down list.
🎯 Salary Sacrifice (to Super Fund, OTE) is only available for selection in Pay Template if the Payee's Personal Superannuation Contribution Details have been entered.
If Advanced Pay Template is selected, amend the Quantity and/or Rate as required,
Then select Add
Repeat the above process to add all Pay Types required, then select Save.
