Add an Agreement

🎯 The Award/Agreement is configured with the rules for a Full Time Payee. However, when the Award/Agreement is assigned to a Casual Payee, only the relevant leave rules are brought across (e.g. LSL and PFDVL).
🎯 If the Award is being established for a Casual Payee, ensure the Full Time Rate per Hour is entered. The Loading Component is calculated in the Pay Run using either Casual Loading (OTE) or Casual Loading.

 

Select Awards/Agreements.

 

Select + Add Award/Agreement.

 

Select Agreement.

 

Select the Underpinning Award required based on the Payee's signed Employment Agreement. You can also search by entering the relevant details.

 

🎯 When a Payee is not covered by an award or agreement, they are considered award and agreement-free. However, they are still entitled to at least the National minimum wage and National Employment Standards (NES). Based on this, we recommend that National Employment Standards (NES) be selected in Underpinning Award.

 

Enter the Agreement Name required based on the Payee's signed Employment Agreement.

 

🎯 To add a new Agreement Name, type the name, then press enter on your keyboard.
 

 

Enter the Classification required per the Payee's signed Employment Agreement.

 

Enter the Average or Defined OTE Hours Per Week per the Payee's signed Employment Agreement.

 

Enter the Average or Defined Days Per Week per the Payee's signed Employment Agreement.

 

Enter the OTE Rate Per Hour OR Annual Salary (Excluding SG) per the Payee's signed Employment Agreement.

Select Leave Entitlements.

 

 

Enter the number of weeks of Annual Leave the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment and change the Accrual Method as required.

 

 

Enter the number of days of Sick & Carer's Leave the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment and change the Accrual Method as required.

 

 

Enter the number of years of service and the number of weeks of Long Service Leave the payee is entitled to and change the Accrual Method as required.

 

 

Enter the number of days of Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave (PFDVL) the Payee is entitled to for each year of Employment. Accrual Method is unable to be changed based on the Governments requirements.

 

 

Select Save.
