The Award & Agreement Radio Buttons allow you to select if this is an Award or Agreement. The section determines which fields are required.
The P.A.C.T (Pay And Conditions Tool) Button is displayed when Award is selected. When selected, the Fair Work Ombudsman Pay Calculator opens.
The E.A. Button is displayed when Agreement is selected. When selected, the Fair Work Commission Enterprise Agreement Lookup opens.
Underpinning Award is displayed when Agreement is selected and requires you to select the Award the base requirements were obtained from when creating the Agreement.
Modern Award is displayed when Award is selected and requires you to select the Award the Payees Employment conditions are based on.
Award Name is displayed when Award is selected, and requires you to manually enter the Name as required when Modern Award is set to National Employment Standards (NES), QLD Award or WA Award.
Agreement Name is displayed when Agreement is selected and requires you to manually enter the name as required.
Classification is displayed for both Award & Agreement and requires you to either select or enter the Classification as required manually.
OTE Hours Per Week allows you to define the Average or Defined hours as per the Payee's signed Payee's Employment Contract.
Days Per Week allows you to define the Average or Defined Days Per Week as per the Payee's signed Employment Contract.
Rate Per Hour allows you to define the OTE Hourly Rate as per the Payee's signed Employment Contract.
Annual Salary (Excluding SG) allows you to define the Annual Salary exclusive of Employer Superannuation as per the Payee's signed Employment Contract.
Hours Per Day is dynamically calculated based on the OTE Hours Per Week divided by the Days Per Week.
Per Week (estimate) is dynamically calculated based on the OTE Hours Per Week multiplied by the Rate Per Hour.
