Salary Sacrifice Alerts (Modals) Explained (Step 3 - Process (Pay Day))

If the value of the Salary Sacrifice is greater than the amount displayed in Gross (Sal Sac), one of the following alerts will be displayed,

  1. The Unable to Salary Sacrifice Alert (Modal) is displayed when Gross (Sal Sac) is $0.00 and a Salary Sacrifice Deduction is added to the Payees Pay.
  2. The Salary Sacrifice Exceeds Gross Income Alert (Modal) is displayed If the value of the Salary Sacrifice is greater than the amount displayed in Gross (Sal Sac), and the Payee does not have a Medicare Levy Surcharge and/or Study and Training Support Loan.

  3. The Salary Sacrifice Exceeds Gross Income (STSL/MLS) Alert (Modal) is displayed If the value of the Salary Sacrifice is greater than the amount displayed in Gross (Sal Sac), and the Payee has a Medicare Levy Surcharge and/or Study and Training Support Loan.
