The Reassign Payroll Tax Details On Prior Pay Runs Alert (Modal) is displayed when Assign Prior Pay Runs is selected, and there are prior pay runs that can be re-assigned to the State/Territory (Payroll Tax) as Other or Apprentice/Trainee Wages.
