Comments Explained (Payee Master File)

🎯 Comments is the third section within HR, which allows you to enter any comments surrounding the Payees Employment. (e.g. Payee changed from Casual to Full Time).

 

 

Date allows you to select or enter the date or time relevant to the comment being made,

 

Comment allows you to enter the details of the information you would like to store,

 

Selecting Add adds the Comment to the Table.

 

Selecting Delete removes the Comment from the Table.

 

If Delete was selected and this record has been previously saved, selecting Undo will not remove the record when Save is selected.

 

Showing X to X of X entries. Show X entries allows you to select how many Comments you would like displayed per page.

 

Pagination Controls allows you to navigate between the pages of Comments.
