Pay your Overdue Subscription Plan Payment

🎯 If your Subscription plan payment cannot be processed on the due date, Subscription Information will be automatically displayed when you log in.

 

🎯 The ability to downgrade your Subscription plan is unavailable if your account is overdue.

 

Select Pay to process the payment for your account.

 

The following page is displayed;

Enter the relevant Card Details, including the Expiry Date and CVC, then select Pay.

 

👉 If your payment is successful, the following page is displayed;

 

Select Go to Subscription to navigate back to the Subscription Information Page.
