Delete an Inactive User Modified Pay Type

Select Pay Types.

 

Locate the Pay Type you require by either manually scrolling through the Pay Type List, entering the name into Search or using Show Advanced Filters.

 

Once the Pay Type has been located, select Actions > Delete.

 

If the Pay Type cannot be deleted, the Cannot Delete Pay Type Alert (Modal) is displayed.

 

If the Pay Type can be deleted, the following alert will be displayed,

 

Select Ok to continue; otherwise, select Cancel.  If Ok is selected, the following alert will be displayed,

Select Ok to continue; otherwise, select Cancel. If Ok is selected, the Pay Type will be deleted. Otherwise, the procedure will be cancelled.
